After tearing my hamstring, ACL surgery, and navigating postpartum recovery, I know what it's like to rebuild strength from scratch.I also know how hard it is to find trustworthy professionals abroad who communicate clearly in English and actually understand your body.That's why I became a personal trainer - to be the person I wish I had when I was recovering.NASM CPT & CES certified.
